So much more than just another ‘gluten free’ cookbook
This is a beautiful cookbook and so much more than just ‘gluten-free’. It’s a down to earth cookbook with concrete tips and tools to create an everyday gluten free pantry, but it also goes beyond the basics to create some truly delicious meals. I honestly had not heard of all of the types of flours and ingredients the author includes, but she walks you through the what and where to buy questions for these items. I love the variation in complexity of the meals – from a simple pot of beans to beautifully prepared vegetable sides (warm carrot and sorghum salad!) and to a more elaborate raspberry cream tart. I am sure this will be a go-to cookbook for entertaining guests of all dietary needs.
