Great Read, Great recipes…perfect for quarter lifers.

I am so happy I ordered this book. It is not JUST a cookbook…each recipe has a story. Being a 23 year old, living on my own, with friends in a lot of places and a boyfriend…this book just COMPLETELY motivated me to start eating healthier…and having more fun while doing so! I recently began to eat gluten free, and although this is not a G-Free cookbook, each recipe can be modified to be so. For the past two days, I have came home from work and read this cookbook straight through. It made me smile, laugh, and I could completely relate to some of the aspects in Cara and Phoebe’s lives.

The recipe’s are great. I won’t try all of them…but they are perfect for young professionals trying to start their lives and be motivated, happy people.
