And then you see a movie like ‘’Money Heist”, and you can’t help but fall in love with these robbers who perfected and executed the greatest heists in the history of heists, as they robbed big institutions in broad daylight!!!!

Currently, one of the most-watched crime drama in the world right now; Money Heist got viewers like us loving and rooting for criminals, even when we know it is all shades of wrong.

But, when you have a heist featuring amazing characters such as the intelligent Sergio “La Professor/ El Professor” Marquina, the beautiful Nairobi, the awesome duo Oslo and Helsinki, the love-struck Rio, the bad guy sweet lover Denver, the fatherly figure Moscow, the psychotic Berlin, and of course, our walking time bomb, the crazy, chaotic, misfit Tokyo; you just can’t help but swear your allegiance to these “Robin Hood” replicas.

Then the “Salvador Dali” mask costume that we all couldn’t get enough of, (it wasn’t hard and surprising to see people rock this signatory face mask for Halloween) is one other reason we just love the Money Heist series.

To crown it all, the “Bella Ciao” Italian folk song OST is one song that brings tears to our eyes at all times; most especially when we remember the dirge-like performance of The Professor and his older brother, Berlin in the season 2 of the show.

In all, this award-winning Spanish series is the story of love, betrayal, purpose, good guys/bad guys, friendship, politics, resistance and a whole lot of things you can relate with.
