If you are also looking for REAL recipes of the Mediterranean culture, to surprise guests or to cook in everyday life, then keep on reading.

My name is Anna Correale and as many of you know, I was born in Naples, Italy.
It is thanks to this fantastic city that I became passionate about the culture of Mediterranean food, so good and so healthy at the same time. In Italy, like in some of the Mediterranean cities in Europe, there is a real food culture! we pay attention to every detail, starting from the choice of the product to cook to the choice of combinations, from cooking to seasoning; and this enabled us to churn out increasingly good dishes that contain the warmth and the energy of the Mediterranean.

In this cookbook I have decided to introduce you to many of the recipes that I have always cooked since I was a child and that I still cook for my friends and family. They are not the classic recipes that are found around and that most of the times are imitations; they are ORIGINAL recipes that come from the culture of the country where I was born, the Mediterranean culture! Many recipes are Italian, but there are also Spanish, Greek and Moroccan recipes… A real treat for the palate !! I can assure you!

Here is what you will discover by purchasing this cookbook:

What the Mediterranean diet is and what the amazing nutrients of this diet are.
The Mediterranean diet food pyramid to guide your food choices.
A dive into history: types of cheese and pasta and where to find them!
Is breakfast the most important meal of the day? Let’s find it out!
The real recipes: -Breakfast – Aperitif – Special salads – First courses – Second courses -Condiments – DIY Mediterranean sauces – Fresh fruit and Desserts
And much more

Even if it is your first time with the Mediterranean cuisine, don’t worry, each recipe is described in detail to help you better understand the steps and each dish has its photo, so I can give you an idea of what you are cooking and what your plate will look like.
